Experience and organisation
Team disorganisation can take away up to a third of your performance. Formation experience, player experience and the captain keep it at bay.
What disorganisation costs
| Organisation | Performance |
|---|---|
| Solid | 95–98% |
| Passable | 89–94% |
| Inadequate | 83–88% |
| Weak | 76–82% |
| Poor | 66–75% |
| Wretched | < 65% |
It can happen at any minute. The "negative experience" (nervousness) message has the same effect and depends on the experience of both teams.
Team experience and captain
(experience of the 11 + captain's experience) / 12 × (1 − (7 − captain's leadership) / 20)
- "Negative experience" can only happen in cups, qualification matches, ladders, tournaments and national teams, never in league or friendlies.
- The captain counts twice. Pick whoever maximises the formula (about 3 × leadership + 2 × experience): the automatic captain is not always the best. Calculator in the Calculators section.
Formation experience
| 90' matches | Level reached |
|---|---|
| 1 | from Poor to Passable |
| 2 | Excellent |
| 3 | Formidable |
| 4 | Outstanding |
- Every 10 minutes with a formation it goes up one "block": 1/3 of a level at the bottom, 1/6 of a level from Excellent upwards.
- After every match all formations lose one block (except those at the minimum, average Poor). Nothing is gained in extra time.
